Tropical Biscuit Kolachy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. coconut
1 egg yolk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. margarine or melted butter
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0. Grease large cookie sheet.
In small bowl, blend powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in coconut, egg yolk and pineapple until well combined.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
