Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, eggs, oil and sour cream.
    Add squash and vanilla.
    Mix together flour and cinnamon and add to moist ingredients.
    Bake in greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
