Applesauce Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. 7-Up (regular or diet)
    1/2 c. red hots
    1 large box red jello
    2 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Mix 7-Up and red hots in saucepan over medium heat until candy dissolves.
    Remove from heat.
    Add jello.
    Stir and let sit until cool.
    Add applesauce and stir well.
    Pour into mold.
    Refrigerate until chilled and firm.
