Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 c. water
    1 c. milk
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 eggs
    3 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 3/4 c. water
    7 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat sugar, salt, Crisco, milk and water until sugar dissolves, then cool.
    Mix potatoes, eggs and dissolved yeast and add to cooled mixture.
    Beat with mixer, knead in flour and raise until doubled (2 hours).
