Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco oil (may use Wesson or any salad oil)
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. (No. 303 can) pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together into a large bowl.
    Make a hole in center.
    Add pumpkin, oil, eggs and water.
    Mix well, bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Let cool for a few minutes in pan and then put in refrigerator overnight for 24 hours.
    It keeps well and freezes well.
