Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

4 1/2 c. zucchini, sliced thin (not peeled)
1 1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
3 large eggs, beaten
2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 pkg. crescent rolls
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish with Pam.
Line bottom with triangles of dough.
Save 3 triangles for top.
Melt margarine in large skillet.
Add zucchini, onion and spices.
Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Combine beaten eggs and Mozzarella cheese and stir into zucchini mixture.
Pour mixture into pastry lined dish.
Place reserved triangles of dough on top.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered with foil.
Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
