Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans crescent rolls
2 c. cheddar cheese
2 c. mozzarella cheese
6 eggs
2 lb. sausage
Preparation

Cook sausage and drain.
Beat eggs and set 2 Tbsp. aside. Mix all other ingredients. Line bottom of baking pan with 1 can of the crescent rolls (rolled out). Pour ingredients on top and then roll out the other can of rolls and place on top of the mixture.
Brush with the remaining egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
