Smith'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup Wesson oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups flour
2 1/2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup nuts and raisins combined
