Mexican Wedding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add vanilla, salt, flour and pecans. Mix well.
    Roll into small balls and bake on cookie sheet for 1 hour at 275\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar.
    Makes 5 dozen.
