Potato Bread Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato, washed, cooked, peeled and mashed (reserve 2/3 c. potato water)
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour, divided
    1 pkg. (1/4 oz.) dry yeast
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. toasted sesame seed (about)
Preparation
    In small saucepan, heat reserved potato water to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
