Rice And Sausage Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 lb. pork (hot) sausage
    4 1/2 c. water
    2 pkg. Lipton dry chicken noodle soup
    1 c. rice (not quick-cook)
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and sausage over medium-low heat until done or about 20 minutes.
    Boil water, soup and rice together for 10 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 4-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
