Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients. Sift together the flour, soda and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture.
Fold in carrots. Bake in well-greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
