Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
3 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. grated onion
salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs and add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour in greased pie pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Pie will be slightly brown on top.
Serve hot like a quiche.
