Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked carrots
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
3 sq. American cheese
1 onion, minced
2 c. bread cubes
Preparation

Saute onion in small amount of butter.
Mix mushroom soup, milk and onion.
Add salt and pepper.
Mix bread cubes with melted butter.
Add to mixture.
Put layer of carrots, then part of mixture, another layer of carrots and rest of mixture.
Top with 6 strips of cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
