Fried Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 summer squash
    1 c. corn meal or corn meal mix
    1 egg
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    hot oil
Preparation
    Wash, clean and dice 2 summer squash.
    Cook until soft (do not cook dry), leave about 3/4 cup of water in pot.
    Combine corn meal, egg and buttermilk.
    Add squash and water; mix together. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
