Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked unsalted squash, drained
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in blender.
    Pour in uncooked pie crust. Cook at
    350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife stuck into center comes out clean.
