Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
2 to 2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini, packed to overflowing
3 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix well by hand.
Grease 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
