Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. sour milk
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. nuts (optional)
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients with margarine until crumbly and reserve 2/3 cup for topping.
    Add liquid to rest of mixture along with nuts and raisins.
    Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan and sprinkle topping over batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 12 to 15.
