Easy White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. very warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 2/3 c. very warm water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    9 to 10 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup very warm water and 1/4 cup sugar; set aside.
    Add 2 2/3 cups warm water in large bowl, 1 tablespoon salt, 3 tablespoons shortening and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Add flour, 3 cups at a time until 9 to 10 cups are used.
    Let rise in warm place until double in size.
    Pinch off pieces the size of small balls. Makes 36 rolls or 2 loaves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
