Escort Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breast
    1 stick margarine
    1 can celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    Ritz crackers
    1 carton sour cream
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 of the butter in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2 of the crackers, crushed.
    Put chicken in next.
    Sprinkle chestnuts over chicken.
    Mix soups and sour cream together.
    Pour over.
