Rhubarb Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 to 2 c. rhubarb, diced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into greased bread pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 1 loaf.
