Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh spinach
    1 egg, hard-boiled and grated
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    6 to 8 mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. bottled Caesar or Italian salad dressing
    croutons (optional)
Preparation
    Wash spinach, discarding stems.
    Pat dry.
    Tear into pieces and put in salad bowl.
    Add egg, cheese, bacon and mushrooms. Gently toss to mix well.
    Coat with salad dressing; top with croutons.
    Serves 4 to 6.
