Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    6 to 7 ripe bananas
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
    Beat in mashed bananas.
    Sift the dry ingredients twice and mix into banana mixture only until flour is moist.
    Do not overmix.
    Add the nuts.
    Bake in 2 large loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or bake in 6 small loaf pans for 30 to 35 minutes.
