Ingredients

2 c. persimmon pulp
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. flour (plain)
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Wash persimmons; put through sieve to remove seeds.
Combine persimmon pulp, eggs, sugar, milk and butter in large bowl.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture.
Grease pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch).
Pour batter into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm to touch.
