No Fail Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Carnation milk
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. diced marshmallows (16 medium)
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar and salt in saucepan.
    Heat to boil over low heat.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; add marshmallows, chips, milk, vanilla and nuts.
    Stir 1 or 2 minutes until marshmallows melt.
    Pour into buttered 9-inch pan. Cool and cut in squares.
