Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and Crisco; add eggs and mix well.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
    Mix well. Roll into balls about the size of a walnut; flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
