Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
4 eggs
1 stick margarine or butter, softened
1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 box Jiffy cornbread or corn muffin mix
Preparation

Spray pan.
Use 9 x 12-inch pan or two pie pans or favorite cornbread pan.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 12 or more.
Heats over should there be leftovers.
Also freezes well.
