Take Your Choice Bread(No Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sugar substitute
    1/2 tsp. each: cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. canned pumpkin or 2 ripe, mashed bananas or 1 c. cooked, mashed zucchini
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1/4 c. plus 1 1/2 tsp. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add pumpkin, bananas or zucchini, applesauce, egg substitute and water; mix.
    Spray an 8 x 8-inch pan with nonstick spray or use muffin cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
