White Loaf Bread Or Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cake yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. warm mashed potatoes
7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water, stir in shortening and sugar, salt, eggs and potatoes into yeast water.
Then add 4 cups flour. Beat until smooth.
Mix in more flour to make easy handling. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
Place in a greased bowl.
Let rise until doubled.
Knead down and shape into loaves or rolls.
Place in pans and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
