Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 (4 oz.) jars baby food carrots
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray Bundt pan with Pam.
Cream together oil, sugar and eggs; blend in baby food.
Mix in flour and cinnamon.
Stir in carrots and nuts; pour into pan.
Bake on middle rack for 45 minutes to 1 hour; test with toothpick.
