The Recipe(Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    4 c. water
    10 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 1/2 c. vodka
    1/2 c. brandy
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Simmer sugar, water and instant coffee 30 minutes in a large saucepan.
    Cool.
    Add vodka, brandy and vanilla.
    Refrigerate. Use 1 cup of the syrup to 1 quart of vanilla ice cream.
    Blend just until mixed and serve in footed goblets along with a short straw.
    Chill goblets in freezer.
    Makes a super gift.
