Drop Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cream sugar, margarine and oil until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add flour mixture and beat until smooth.
    Blend in milk and vanilla.
    Drop about 3 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
    Flatten with glass bottom dipped in sugar. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 12 minutes.
    Yields 5 1/2 dozen.
