Buffalo Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. cider or white vinegar
3 or 4 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
4 unpeeled medium potatoes
1 c. Blue cheese dressing
Preparation

Mix margarine, vinegar, pepper sauce and salt in shallow dish. Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 wedges.
Pat dry with paper towel.
Dip potato wedges into margarine mixture.
Reserve any remaining margarine mixture.
Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 35 minutes, turning twice, brushing occasionally with margarine mixture.
Cook until tender.
Serve with dressing.
