The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter flavor Crisco
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) bag Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    In separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture.
    Beat well.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wax paper.
    Cool completely.
    Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
