Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 small onion, diced
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix yeast and water.
Set aside to bubble.
Heat cottage cheese and butter until warm.
Combine with remainder of ingredients except flour.
Beat well.
Add yeast and mix.
Add flour gradually. Let stand 1 hour.
Punch down.
Place in well-greased loaf pan. Let rise another hour.
Bake about 45 minutes.
