Sopaipilla(Puffy Pillows Of Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. shortening
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. salt
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix like biscuit dough and roll out 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut in 3-inch triangles or squares; drop in deep fat and fry until golden brown.
    Turn with spatula to brown other side.
    Serve warm with warmed honey.
    Good served with any Mexican dish.
