Grandma'S Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco (regular or butter flavor)
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract

Preparation

Sift all the dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening to mix well. Add unbeaten eggs and flavoring. Mix well. On a floured counter, roll out the dough and roll thin and cut out the cookies with cookie cutters. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
