Zucchini Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising corn meal
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. cottage cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation

Beat all together.
Bake in greased large iron skillet or any other appropriate baking pan at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Don't have the skillet hot like for regular corn bread, just warm enough to grease.
