One Hour No-Hands Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. hot water (from tap)
    1/3 c. honey
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. non-instant powdered milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. baker's dry yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    First,
preheat flour and wheat germ in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes in small bowl of electric mixer (so flour won't cool when it's transferred to another bowl).
Add liquid ingredients from blender to dry ingredients in bowl.
Mix at lowest speed two minutes.
You'll notice the change in the dough as the gluten develops.
It gets stringy and may wind around the beaters. Scrape the dough from the beaters and bowl into a buttered pan, 9 x 4 x 3-inch.
Place pan on back burner of electric range (where heat from oven is vented) to rise for 10 minutes.
The pan of dough may be placed in a pan of warm water or in a warm place to rise.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or so.
