New York Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    4 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheeses, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
Preparation
    To make the crust, mix crumbs, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and eggs. Pour over crust, Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 - 65 minutes. Cool overnight before removing from pan.
