2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. ground cardamon
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan. In bowl, combine all ingredients.
Beat on low speed until moistened, then beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 1 hour, or until top springs back.
Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Remove from pan and cool completely.
Serve with no frosting, or serve with strawberries and whipped cream.
