Pumpkin Bread(Spicy Cake Type Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. ground nutmeg
    2 1/4 c. mashed pumpkin
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. cream sherry
    1/3 c. water
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cut
    pie pumpkin in half;
    scoop out seeds.
    Place, cut side down,
    on
    cookie
    sheet
    and
    bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes, until soft.
    Let
    cool; peel off skin, cube, mash and drain (or you can use one 18 ounce can of pumpkin pie mix; use lesser amounts of cinnamon
    and
    nutmeg
    if you use canned pie mix).
