Herb Butter Zucchini Fans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 small zucchini
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients and set aside.
    Cut each zucchini into lengthwise slices, leaving slices attached on stem end. Fan slices out and spread evenly with butter mixture.
    Place in a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan and add water.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until crisp-tender.
