Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, grated
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese or Cheddar
    1 tsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil, Bisquick, vegetables and cheese.
    Grease 7 x 11-inch baking dish or a jelly roll pan may be used if using for hors d'oeuvres.
    Add mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Bake 30 minutes if using jelly roll pan.
