Zucchini Pitas(Quick And Easy Open Pockets) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can zucchini mixed vegetables (zucchini, tomatoes, onions and Italian spices)
4 links Italian sausage
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese (amount to suit your taste)
6 pitas
pinch of garlic salt
pinch of pepper
Preparation

Squeeze the insides out of sausages and brown.
Add to can of zucchini mix with pepper and garlic salt, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Grate cheese.
Split pitas in half, then scoop mix into pitas and top with cheese.
Add other spices per taste.
