The State Cookie Of Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) oleo, softened
    1/2 c. (1/2 stick) butter, softened
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 large egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. 3-minute old fashioned oats
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans, toasted
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    In a large bowl, cream the oleo and sugar.
    Add egg, milk and vanilla.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and oats.
    Add to creamed mixture and mix until well blended.
    Stir in chocolate chips, pecans and coconut.
    Use Texas shaped cookie pan.
    Line with aluminum foil.
    Spread cookie dough over whole pan, pressing to flatten.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 28 minutes.
