Peanut Butter Cup Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 pkg. mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugars. Blend in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and baking soda. Roll in 1-inch balls and place in mini muffin tin. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven; press peanut butter cup into center of each cookie. Cool 10 minutes at room temperature. Remove from tins and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
