Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except eggs and oil, in a large mixing bowl.
    In a small bowl beat the eggs and oil.
    Pour the egg mixture over the flour mixture and stir until moistened.
    Turn into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch bread pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes (at least).
    Invert on rack; turn top side up.
