Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 beaten eggs
1 lb. can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
raisins or chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Generously grease and flour loaf pans. Sift dry ingredients in smaller bowl and set aside.
Combine sugar and oil.
Add eggs and mix, then add pumpkin and mix well.
Add dry ingredients alternately with water.
Add optional ingredients, if desired.
Baking time varies depending on size of loaves. Check mini loaves after 30 minutes; large loaves after 45 minutes. Add baking time if needed.
