    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Roll into 1 inch balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Best when served hot.
    Suitable for freezing.
